When grief felt heavy, movement often helped me process what I couldn't think my way through. Sometimes that looked like yoga. Sometimes it looked like a walk, a stretch, a deep breath, or simply stepping outside for a few minutes.

This space is filled with gentle ways to reconnect with your body, release what needs releasing, and create a little room to keep moving forward—one breath, one step, one moment at a time.
